The 135th Russian meteorite was found on the outskirts of Yarovoe during plowing of virgin soil with a V-plow (maximum 40 cm depth) during the expansion of a summer cottage toward the highway. It was an individual specimen of an elongated, curved shape with prominent large regmaglypts (shaped like a plump croissant). Fresh fusion crust is absent, but areas of oxidized crust may be present. The meteorite is in good condition. The finder returned the meteorite cleaned with a wire brush.
The meteorite consists of nickel-iron, represented by kamacite and taenite, with schreibersite as an accessory mineral. The Widmanstätten structure is generally homogeneous. The width of the kamacite beams varies between 0.2 and 1 mm. The degree of terrestrial weathering is insignificant.
In the Russian Academy of Sciences meteorite collection, the meteorite is represented by a type specimen weighing 2141.6 g and several cuttings with a total weight of 9.924 g.
